Rashi Advisor is a web-based application that provides Vedic astrology calculations, predictions, and analysis based on your birth chart. The Service includes:

• Birth chart (Kundali) calculations
• Daily, monthly, and annual predictions
• Planetary transit analysis
• Dasha (planetary period) timelines
• Yoga and dosha analysis
• Panchang (Vedic almanac) information
• Auspicious timing (muhurta) guidance

3. Account Registration

To use most features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• Keep your account credentials confidential and not share them with others.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account.

4. Free and Premium Plans

Free Plan: You may use the basic features of Rashi Advisor at no cost, subject to the limitations of the free tier.

Premium Plan: Premium features require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused subscription periods. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to Premium features until the end of your current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from the Service.
• Share, sell, or resell your account or subscription to another person.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
• Use the Service to harass, mislead, or harm others.
• Submit false birth data or impersonate another person.

6. Disclaimer — Astrological Content

The astrological predictions, readings, and guidance provided by Rashi Advisor are:

• Based on traditional Vedic astrology calculations and interpretive frameworks.
• Provided for informational and entertainment purposes only.
• Not a guarantee of any future events, outcomes, or results.
• Not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

We make no claims about the accuracy, predictive validity, or scientific basis of astrology. Use this information at your own discretion and judgment.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and materials in the Service are owned by Rashi Advisor and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

You retain ownership of the personal data you provide (birth details, profile information). By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to use this data solely to provide the Service to you.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rashi Advisor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

• Reliance on astrological predictions or guidance.
• Loss of data or account access.
• Interruption or unavailability of the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or otherwise cause harm to the Service or other users.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
